I believed the exhaustion lie for years -   
Until saw the prices are too big, and the prizes - if they even come - aren't worth it.

when I studied burnout and success?


I learned what the most successful people actually do with their energy.
Hint: It's not burning it out....

My burnout wasn't cured by meditation apps.

It's never cured by bubble baths and breathing exercises, either, as valuable as they are (and they are).  

It's not fixed by downloading another mindfulness app that you'll ignore after three days.

You don't patch architectural damage with band-aids. 

You rebuild the foundation.

Being successful is just a means to an end, which makes it secondary to all the above.

 

 

The REAL, secret cause of burnout:

 

If you're burnt out, on the verge of being burnt out, or living the burnout culture even if you don't feel the burnout coming yet,

right now you believe your happiness, safety, love, and worthiness come from:

 

  • How many hours you work
  • How quickly you respond to emails
  • How much you sacrifice for "the mission"
  • How much can you "just keep on going and pushing it no matter what" 
  • Working more and harder

 Etc...

 

 

But reality is always stronger than your beliefs.

 

That exhaustion badge you're wearing? 

It's not a medal of honor. 

 It's a big, red warning sign โ›”

and your beliefs about what will make you happy, safe, loved, and worthy are the cause,
you'll need to change your beliefs.

"What does a happy, successful life REALLY mean for me?"

 

 

Because here's the truth they don't want you to know:

The happiest people aren't the ones constantly sacrificing their lives on the altar of success - 

 

โœ… They're the ones who have space in their minds for breakthrough ideas.  

โœ… They're the ones who can be present with their families and friends because they're not running on fumes.

โœ… They're the ones who stay healthy physically and mentally over time - because they intentionally prioritized it.

โœ… They're the ones who architected it all with a strong Mental, Emotional, and often Spiritual foundation in mind.

 

 

You have permission to:

→ Leave work unfinished

→ Turn off your phone

→ Protect your sleep like your life depends on it (because it does)

→ Measure success by how you feel

→ Take "me time" BEFORE you are depleted and depressed

→ Treat all different kinds of rest at least as importantly as your work

 

 

Why ending burnout culture is so critical for you - and for the world

 

What if success meant having energy left?
For your family, your dreams, your actual life...

The world needs you alive, not exhausted.

The world needs your ideas, not your sacrifice.

The world needs your presence, not your performance.
